One quiet address,
close to everyone.

Serenity House is being created on Swan Lake Drive in Granite Bay, in Treelake Village beside the community's own Swan Lake — with Folsom Lake minutes east, and an easy drive from Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, and the foothill towns along the old fruit-shed line. Wherever your family is rooted, visiting will feel like dropping by, not making a trip.

Near the Care You Already Know

Minutes from the region's major hospitals.

Serenity House sits roughly fifteen minutes from Kaiser Permanente Roseville and Sutter Roseville Medical Center, with Mercy Folsom a short drive in the other direction. For families coordinating a parent's follow-up appointments — and for the physicians and discharge planners helping them plan what comes next — the home will be close to the medical network Placer County families already rely on, without sitting beside a single busy road.

Drive times are approximate and easygoing — surface streets and the Douglas Boulevard corridor, not a freeway crawl. Come trace your own route on a private preview tour.

Granite Bay · Home

Granite Bay

Serenity House is being created here, on Swan Lake Drive in Treelake Village — the tree-lined heart of Granite Bay — beside Treelake Terrace Park and its walking paths. For Granite Bay families, a parent's new home will be the same neighborhood they already know: the same farmers' stands, the same lake light, the same ten-minute errands. Visiting won't be a trip across town; it will be the street next door.

~15 minutes

Roseville

From central Roseville, the drive is about fifteen unhurried minutes up the Douglas corridor — close enough for a daughter to stop in after work or bring lunch on a Tuesday. Roseville families touring large communities along the I-80 strip often face the same trade: a chandelier lobby, or a real house where everyone will know their mother's name. That house is just up the road.

~20 minutes

Rocklin

About twenty minutes north of the home, an easy run down Sierra College Boulevard past the oaks. For families in Whitney Ranch, Stanford Ranch, and the older granite-quarry neighborhoods, Serenity House will offer something Rocklin's apartment-style communities can't: six residents, a real kitchen table, and Swan Lake's walking paths at the end of the day's visit.

~20 minutes

Folsom

Families here cross the lake's southern arm in about twenty minutes, by Folsom-Auburn Road or the parkway. Many are caring for a parent who has lived near the lake for decades — and would rather stay near it. At Serenity House, the water stays in the picture: Swan Lake sits just across the lane, and its walking paths will be part of daily life, not a view from a window.

Up the Foothill Line

Close to the foothill towns, too.

~15 minutes

Loomis

The nearest of the fruit-shed towns — about fifteen minutes door to door past Del Oro country. Families here tend to want exactly what a six-resident home is: small, personal, and rural-quiet. A parent from Loomis will keep the things that feel like home — oak shade, garden mornings, neighbors who wave — with a care team devoted to just six residents close at hand.

~20 minutes

Penryn

From Penryn's orchard lanes, the drive is roughly twenty minutes south. Penryn families often split the caregiving between siblings scattered from Auburn to Sacramento — and Granite Bay sits conveniently in the middle of that map. One address everyone can reach easily makes shared visits, shared birthdays, and shared peace of mind far simpler.

~25 minutes

Newcastle

About twenty-five minutes up the old Highway 193 line. For families there, the trade-off has usually been distance: the small homes nearby are scarce, and the big communities mean a freeway drive into Roseville. Serenity House will put a luxury six-resident home within an easy back-roads drive — close enough that Sunday dinner can stay a weekly habit.

~30 minutes

Auburn

From Auburn's courthouse hill, count on about half an hour down the foothills. Auburn families know the long-drive problem well — many have been driving to Sacramento for years for anything specialized. A home steps from Swan Lake, this close to the hospital corridor, with chef-prepared dining and rooms made to feel like one's own, will let a parent stay in the landscape they love while staying close to everyone who loves them.
