The Residence · Granite Bay

A home by Swan Lake,
made for six.

Most assisted living is built to a floor plan. Serenity House is being built to a feeling — a private residence on Swan Lake Drive, four private rooms and a companion suite, and Swan Lake steps from the door.

The Grounds

The lake is part of the address.

Serenity House sits in Treelake Village — the tree-lined heart of Granite Bay — directly across from Swan Lake. The neighborhood's walking paths trace the water's edge, garden paths wind between mature redwoods, and the patio catches the last of the afternoon light.

Mornings here will be unhurried — coffee by the window, a slow loop toward Treelake Terrace Park with a member of our care team, roses to check on. Residents will spend their days surrounded by the kind of landscape most communities can only put on a brochure.

Raised beds residents will be able to tend at their own pace

The Rooms

A room of one's own.

Four of the six rooms are being finished as true private retreats — a door that closes, a window full of morning light, and space for the furniture, photographs, and quilts that make a room feel like one's own; one adds a private bathroom of its own. The largest bedroom is the Companion Suite: two sleeping areas behind a partial partition, shared by two residents, at the home's most accessible rate.

Four fully private rooms — one with its own private bathroom
Spa-style bathrooms with walk-in showers, designed for safety without looking like it
Generous natural light throughout the home
Rooms will arrive furnished beautifully — or empty, ready for a lifetime of favorite things
Shared Spaces

One table. Six chairs.

The heart of the home is a dining room set for six — not a dining hall with a seating schedule. Dinner will be plated by our professional culinary partner and shared at one table, the way family meals are meant to be.

Beyond it, the home unfolds into a living room arranged around conversation rather than a television, a sunlit reading nook, and a covered patio for warm Granite Bay evenings. Every shared space is being scaled to six people — close enough for company, generous enough for quiet.
