What this website is — and isn't
This site shares information about Serenity House, a six-resident residential care home under development in Granite Bay, California. Everything here is informational. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on it creates an agreement for care or residency. A license application is pending with the California Department of Social Services; the home will not admit residents until a license is issued.
Joining our waitlist or requesting a visit or pricing is free and creates no obligation on your part or ours — it simply tells us you'd like to hear from us. Residency will be offered through a separate written agreement once our state license is issued and the home opens.
Text messages — how they work
Serenity House sends service text messages from our phone line, (916) 545-6737 — confirming a visit you requested, arranging a callback, sending our address, or answering a question you raised with us. You opt in either by checking the box marked “Text me about my request” on a form on this website and giving us your mobile number, or by asking for a text during a call to that line. The box is never checked for you, and consent is not a condition of receiving care or any service from us.
- Message frequency varies with your requests — typically only one or two messages related to what you asked for. We do not send marketing text blasts.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message and texts will end immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@serenityhouseassistedliving.com.
- Your opt-in stays private: text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or traded to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older, and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide.

The text, design, and imagery on this site belong to Serenity Homes Assisted Living, Inc. or our licensors. Photography shown before opening is representative. You're welcome to share links to this site; please don't republish its content as your own.
